HEADSHOTS AND PROFESSIONAL PROFILES

What is included in an Express Headshot?

The Express Headshot is $175 including GST. It includes a focused 30-minute private studio session, one outfit, one backdrop chosen in advance and two final edited images. Delivery is within 1–2 calendar days. Additional edited images are $50 each.

What is included in a Professional Profile Session?

The Professional Profile Session is $275 including GST. It includes a 60-minute private studio session, up to two outfits and up to two standard backdrops as time permits, and five final edited images. Delivery is within 1–2 calendar days. Additional edited images are $50 each.

Which headshot session should you choose?

Choose the Express Headshot when you need one focused professional look for a single purpose such as LinkedIn, a resume or a speaker biography. Choose the Professional Profile Session when you need photographs for several uses, want clothing and backdrop variety, or want more expressions and five final images from one appointment.

If you expect to use your photographs on LinkedIn, a website, media, speaking profiles or company biographies, the Professional Profile Session usually gives you the best range without needing another session later.

Do you need to know how to pose?

No. You receive clear guidance with posture, expression and small adjustments throughout the session. You do not need previous experience in front of a camera.

Which backdrop colours are available?

The standard studio backdrops are white, mid-grey and black. The number of backdrops used depends on the session you choose and the available time.

Can you change outfits at the studio?

Yes. A private bathroom with a toilet and mirror is available for changing and final clothing or hair checks. The Express Headshot includes one outfit. The Professional Profile Session allows up to two outfits as time permits.

Can someone accompany you?

Yes. One or two children, family members or support people may accompany you. The studio is compact, so discuss a larger accompanying group before booking.

Do you provide hair, makeup or grooming?

Arrive with your hair, makeup and grooming prepared as you would like them to appear. If you arrange professional hair or makeup separately, allow enough time before your appointment.

SIGNATURE PORTRAITS, FAMILIES AND COUPLES

What is a Signature Portrait?

A Signature Portrait is a private studio experience for individuals, couples and families. It can be used for family portraits, couples portraits, individual portraits, legacy portraits, milestone sessions and cultural portraits.

What is included in a Signature Portrait?

The Signature Portrait is $495 including GST. It includes up to two hours in the private Point Cook studio and 12 final edited images, with multiple outfits and backdrops as time permits. Delivery is in 3–7 calendar days. Additional edited images are $50 each.

Can you include cultural clothing or meaningful items?

Yes. You can bring cultural clothing, personal objects and other meaningful details. Mention them when you enquire so the session can be planned around what matters to you.

How many people can attend a family portrait session?

Signature Portrait sessions accommodate up to six people. More than six people require prior arrangement before booking.

What happens if a large family needs to be photographed in smaller groups?

The studio backdrop is 2.7 metres wide. Some approved larger groups may need to be photographed in sections and combined into one finished portrait. This requires planning before the session because it involves additional photography and editing work.

What if you need more than two hours?

Additional studio time is $165 including GST per extra hour or part thereof. Discuss extra time before booking so enough time can be reserved.

PET PORTRAITS

What is included in a Pet Portrait Session?

The Pet Portrait Session is $450 including GST. It includes a calm 60-minute private studio session, one backdrop chosen before the session and five final edited images. Delivery is in 3–5 calendar days. Additional edited images are $50 each. Pet sessions require approval before payment or booking.

Can you be photographed with your pet?

Yes. Up to two owners may appear in some photographs. The session remains focused on your pet. For a family portrait session including your pet, choose the Signature Portrait Session.

How many pets can attend?

Pet Portrait Sessions allow a maximum of three pets and require approval before payment or booking. Please provide each pet’s type, size and temperament so David can assess suitability.

What should you bring for your pet?

Bring anything that helps your pet settle, such as favourite treats, a toy or a familiar comfort item. The session is patient and allows time for your pet to become comfortable.

What if your pet is anxious or energetic?

The studio is quiet and controlled, and the session works at your pet’s pace. Share any behaviour, mobility or handling needs before the appointment so the session can be planned safely and calmly.

GRADUATION SESSIONS

What is included in a Graduation Session?

The Graduation Session is $275 including GST. It includes a 60-minute private studio session for the graduate plus family, with a maximum of six people, up to two outfits/backdrops as time permits and five final edited images. Delivery is in 3–5 calendar days. Additional edited images are $50 each.

Can you bring your graduation gown and another outfit?

Yes. Bring your gown, regalia and another outfit if you wish. The session allows up to two outfits/backdrops as time permits.

PREPARING FOR YOUR SESSION

What should you wear?

Choose clothing that suits how you intend to use the photographs and makes you feel confident. Solid colours and simple layers generally photograph well. Bring only the number of outfit options included in your session so the available time can be used well.

What if you feel awkward in photographs?

Many people feel uncertain in front of a camera. The private studio experience is calm and guided, so you are not expected to arrive knowing how to pose or what to do.

Can children attend?

Yes. Children can attend family sessions and may accompany another client when appropriate. Because the studio is compact, one or two accompanying people is normally the practical limit unless a larger group is part of the booked portrait session.

Are gift vouchers available?

Yes. Personalised gift vouchers provide a dollar credit toward eligible sessions and separately quoted professional printing or framing. Contact the studio to arrange an amount, invoice and delivery date.

Do you offer team or corporate headshots?

Yes, by enquiry. Team and corporate photography is planned around the number of people, location, timing and image requirements, so no standard price is advertised.

Still deciding which session fits?

Choose the Express Headshot for one focused professional look, the Professional Profile Session for greater professional variety, the Signature Portrait for individuals, couples or families, the Pet Portrait for animal companions, or the Graduation Session for graduation portraits. If your requirements do not fit one of these options, send an enquiry before booking.
